1. Acceptance

These Terms govern your use of EVM Smart Audit (the “Service”) at evmsmart.com. By creating an account, submitting a contract for analysis, or purchasing a report, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

The Service performs automated security analysis of EVM smart contracts using static analysis detectors, optional third-party tooling, and AI-assisted review, and produces a report. Analysis is automated and is not a manual audit performed by human security engineers.

3. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address and verify it with a one-time code. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service, attempt to circumvent payment, or interfere with its operation.

4. Payments

• Reports are sold as one-off packages, priced in USDT and payable on the supported network.
• Payment is verified on-chain. You are responsible for sending the correct token, on the correct network, to the address shown at checkout. Funds sent to the wrong address or on an unsupported network cannot be recovered by us.
• Because a report is delivered digitally and immediately on verification, purchases are final. If a payment is verified but access is not granted, contact us and we will resolve it.
• Network (gas) fees are your responsibility and are not part of the package price.

5. Your content and licence

You retain ownership of any source code or contract address you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to produce your report and operate the Service. You confirm you have the right to submit that material for analysis.

On payment you receive a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use and share the resulting report for your own business purposes. You may not resell the report or present it as an audit performed by a third party.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to attack systems you do not own or have permission to test, to circumvent access controls or payment, to overload or reverse-engineer the platform, or for any unlawful purpose.

7. No warranty

The Service and all reports are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Automated and AI-assisted analysis reduces risk but cannot guarantee that a contract is free of vulnerabilities. A clean report is not a certification of security. You remain solely responsible for decisions to deploy, invest in, or rely on any contract.

8. No financial or legal advice

Nothing in a report or on this site is financial, investment, or legal advice. Risk scores and findings are technical observations, not recommendations to buy, sell, or hold any asset.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of funds, profits, data, or business, arising from use of the Service or reliance on a report. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the report giving rise to the claim.

10. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, and may update these Terms. Material changes take effect when posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
